Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of June 2013

In the limits of the 1^st « Βollywood and Multicultural Dance Festival» apart from the workshops, film screenings, Opening night and other events, 2 amazing shows will take place.

At these shows the attendees will watch musical and dance performances with intercultural character by great artists from Greece and abroad.

The performances will be introduced by:

On Saturday, June 29 Dr. Dimitris Vassiliadis (Ph.D., University of Athens – Hindi and Sanskrit – founding member and President of the Indo-Hellening Company for Culture and Development (ELINEPA) and

On Sunday, June 30 Mr. Nicholas Vafeiadis (eminent journalist, war correspondent and reporter at ANTENNA channel).

Both shows start with Indian Songs. Kostas Kalaitzis with the Qawwali Group will perform on Saturday and Nadia Zahoor with Stelios Zachariou on the electronic Percussions on Sunday.

Due to the fact that the shows take place in Greece and especially at «Dora Stratou» Greek Dances Theatre, we found it necessary to include in the program Greek dances performances for both days. Pontian on Saturday and Cretan on Sunday.

The opening ceremony, that will take place on Saturday 29^th of June, is being undertaken by the members and instructors of Artistic Studio Oriental Expression under the guidance of Anna Dimitratou and Niki Louladaki.

Don’t miss on Sunday the 30^th of June to see the musical «Bollywood Just Dance» by the Company of the great teacher and choreographer Sunny Singh.
