Festival Timetable
About the Festival
The festival will last 3 days from Friday 3rd of July 2015 till Sunday 5th of July 2015. During these three days, many dance and fitness workshops will take place, 2 amazing shows, projection of Bollywood fims and documentaries, a Multi – Culti Bazaar, the 2nd International Bollywood Dance Competition in Greece and lots of other activities. Furthermore, the prticipants will have the opportunity to watch the 1st Greek production Bollywood Musical “India the land of love”.
In specific, each day the workshops will start at 10 in the morning and will last till 7 in the afternoon (9 hours a day), in the halls of Technopolis (Gkazi).
Master teachers of Greece and abroad will teach: Bollywood Dance, Greek Dances (Rebetiko – Syrtaki), Classical Indian Dances (Kathak, Odissi, Bharata Natyam), Oriental, Tribal Fusion Bellydance, etc. There will also be Fitness workshops (Yoga, Pilates, DanceXtreme, Stretching, Barre Astie etc) and Master Trainings by International Instructors and fitness presenters.
Some of the teachers that will teach at the Festival are: Anna Dimitratou, George Jacob, Elisa Rajaa, Erifily Nikolakopoulou, Jasmin Kalathaki, Michael King, Shoraya Shoheib, Tolis Psarros, Sofia Theodoropoulou, Elina Kikili, Nrupa Soman, Kleoniki Karachaliou, Vasiliki Lyberopoulou, Stelios Kon, Malek Nikos, Sumon Rudra, Niki Louladaki, Eirini Georgiou, Domenika Arnetzeder, Sara Toscano, Nissim Zoares, Swati Wangnoo Tiwari and many other famous and well known Master teachers.
The Shows and the 2nd Bollywood Dance Competition
The shows will take place on Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of July (20:30), at the Technopolis Central Stage, and the Competition on Saturday at 19:30. The Winners of the Competition will be announced during Saturday’s show, and the winner team will perform and be awarded on Sunday.
Except from the master teachers and artists that will perform during the shows, the public will have the chance to enjoy the 1st Greek produced Bollywood Musical “India: The land of Love” by the 1st Bollywood Dance Academy Greece.
During the Festival, in addition of the workshops, the participants can attend various events, Bollywood films and documentaries, enjoy the Multi – Culti bazaar.
